HOA Announcements and Occasions:
At the annual meeting, a list of potential projects was reviewed, voted on and approved. This is a working list and not reflective of what is intended to be completed in 2025, but rather it is inclusive of those items which may be acted on. The list summarizes capital expense opportunities initiated within the community and/or identified as needs to support and as needed, upgrade our common area assets.

Landscaping and common area upkeep are in good order with no changes needed.
Presented by Steve. No new requests by HOA Members since last meeting.
David presented updates to C&R. No new changes or updates.
Tim Clark presented changes to web by Ray. New pages, blog, art/graphics and types of content added. Ray is requesting that we pay for work completed to date and also asked if he is to provide annual dues automatic billing setup (by him) for all HOA members. Additionally there are 27 members WITHOUT email addresses in the CSV file he was given...these are a must for invoicing to be sent to members. Lastly there is a fee for web payments which had to be added to web links this needs to be stated on Dues page and communicated to Members. (2.9%+$.30 per transaction)
Steve presented new business. New Sign Policy.
There was no further new business for this months meeting.
