At the annual meeting, the membership reviewed and approved a list of potential capital projects. This list serves as a working document only and does not constitute a commitment to complete all items in 2026. Projects will be undertaken at the Board's discretion, subject to funding and priority.

The list includes capital improvements to support and maintain common areas assets, including irrigation repairs and potential landscaping enhancements in the Estate Section and throughout the community.
